Lorin Cox — Da Bears Beat

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

I consider my fantasy football personna to be a mix of common sense and calculated strategy. I’m all about balancing breakout potential with consistent talent on my teams. My Twitter handle is @CoxSports1

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I’d like to take down Ryan McDowell because I follow him on Twitter and I know that he is much better at this than I am.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

I wanted to wait on quarterbacks as much as I could, but they started coming off of the board early, so I stocked up. More than anything, I just wanted to give myself options. In a deep league with many talented fantasy football minds like this, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to nab too many studs, so I wanted to grab as many high potential players as I could to make sure I had difficult decisions to make when I set mine lineup each week.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I can put both of my feet behind my head

Bill Cervi — Dynasty Football Warehouse

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

I love the game of football and I am hopelessly addicted to every genre of the Fantasy Football World. I played the game my whole life up to college and still remember the sadness the last time I took off the pads in
High School. My twitter handle is @wcervi

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I have the greatest respect for all my league mates and everyone in this competition for that matter. As a high stakes FF player that has roots in the old WCOFF I am honored to be in the same league as Scott
Atkins. As far as who do I want to take down the most… everyone! 🙂

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

The league scoring (.25 per carry) and superflex starting roster place an emphasis on the RB and QB position. I wanted to land 2 top 10 QBs and hammer the RB position. As it turned out I deviated a little based on BPA and through the first 6 rounds had Peyton Manning, Ryan Tannehill, Adrian Peterson, Carlos Hyde, TJ Yeldon and Odell Beckham Jr.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

My ability to stay married for 25 years despite a terrible FF addiction. Shout out to my wife Audra who’s enabling, I mean support has allowed me to devote so much time and attention to the
sport.

Carla Gruse — Dynasty League Football

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

@Coinflip22 Excessive football in any form is my hobby. No matter what anyone says it is not an addiction. That’s my story and I am sticking to it!

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I want take everyone down. How else do I become the winner?

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

I like to take my first QB in a QB flex during round 3. If I wait until round 4 and feel like I almost have to go back to back QB’s and I dont like feeling that pressure. I like getting 2 stud players first though so that is why I target round 3.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I love to ski

Ryan McDowell — Dynasty League Football

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

I’m primarily a dynasty player who unsuccessfully dabbles in redraft and DFS. I love creating unique dynasty leagues and coming up with some ADP data with a little help from my dynasty friends.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

That would have to be my buddy Scott Atkins. Scott and I have played against each other in dynasty leagues for years and more often than not, he’s gotten the best of me. Hoping to return the favor in #SFB360.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

It was tough. My dynasty mindset wants to focus heavy on WR, while I know the typical redraft plan involves RBs early and often. Mix in the potential to start 2 QBs and I just went for a balanced approach. That left me ignoring the TE spot for the most part, but I’m okay with that.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

Why do you think I spend so much time on FF, I don’t have any other talents, unless you count third grade math.

Kevin Hanson — Eat Drink Sleep Football

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

Mark Kaplan — Fantasy Alarm

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

Twitter handle is @DaTrueGuru. Been playing fantasy football for almost 15 years. Love the competition and the camaraderie, especially the trash talk that goes on in seasonal fantasy football leagues.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

Scott Atkins, no particular reason other than he’s from Scout Fantasy, and it would be cool to beat someone that is an extremely knowledgeable fantasy football player.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Wait on Quarterbacks and load up on elite wideouts. In any PPR formats, getting elite WR is crucial. While I do need 2 good QBs, there is no reason to reach for a QB early on in the draft.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I used to be an Acro-Dunker for the Memphis Grizzlies.

Justin Bonnema — Football Guys

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

Equal parts comedy, cocktails and cat pictures. Occasionally I’ll mix it up with some fantasy real-talk. https://twitter.com/justinbonnema

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I don’t have a particular fantasy beef with any of these folks, so either of the DLF guys.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Balanced. I wanted to make sure my team was well rounded but not at the sake of upside. Once I got a pair of RB1s and QB1s, I attacked receivers and let other positions fall to me.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I’m pretty good at free style rapping (but not as good as I was in college).

Sky Sperling — Razzball

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

Former lead writer/editor for Razzball Football who now wanders in the twitter wilderness at @Sky_Razzball and who has written more love sonnets than he can count about Chris Ivory.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

It’s gotta be Ryan McDowell. After what he did to my sister on prom night, there’s no words to describe my hatred for that man. Well, it’s probably not the same Ryan McDowell but with those twitter avis, you can never tell.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Held my breath on TE and QB and tried to aim for reasonable upside on both while drafting plenty of depth at RB. I mean, Housler gotta be a post-post-post hype sleeper, right?

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

It’s gotta be the ping pong ball trick I learned from Winona Ryder.

Scott Atkins — Scout

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

As a player, ( @RedBlueRadio ) my background for the last 12 years is in the high stakes season long contests, heavy dynasty league player and most recently, was lucky enough last year to win a DraftKings King of the Beach entry and trip for two to Atlantis. On the industry side of things, I’m the General Manager of Scout Fantasy Sports and I oversee the Fantasy Football World Championships and all of Scout Fantasy’s content, experts, leagues and contests.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I’ve played in a ton of dynasty leagues with Ryan McDowell, and I consider him one of the best dynasty players anywhere, so a win in redraft over him would be nice, but beating one of our high stakes players John Pathe will be tough. He was a Dominator in his World Championship league last season so he knows what he’s doing.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

I’ll go with my gut pretty much every pick as every draft is different, but there’s no denying the importance of good QB play. In my two years playing, I’ve had good success with QBs (2013 – Manning/Newton, 2014 – Rivers/Cutler)

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

Ha! I’m a pretty slick minecrafter with my boys (10 and 8) who are both avid players.

John Pathe — Fan

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

My name is Truck1223 on twitter. Ive been hooked on fantasy football since I went wr wr in my first draft in 1992 when i took jerry rice and Michael Irvin back to back. Still got emmit smith barry foster and brad baxter at rb.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I’m looking forward to beating Lorin Cox cause that is who I play week 1.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Draft qbs w bad defenses.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

Decent wiffle ball pitcher even though I’m fat. [Zach note: That’s a skill.]

John Gunnells — Fan
