Matt Rittle — 4for4 and MFL10 Master

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

4for4 scout and CS expert. Guest contributer to a list of ever-changing sites. DFS player and writer. Always around talk about any aspect of life on twitter, and occasionally football too: @ffrittle

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

Myself. I could really use the ego blow, tbh. Probably also Jen Ryan, since she’ll never let me hear the end of it if she beats me. Also David Gonos, as I think this is the first time he and I have done a fantasy thing together.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

In 2-QB leagues, people usually stack up on QBs early on, before letting the next couple tiers of QBs fall too far afterwards. This isn’t even a straight 2-QB league and you can start up to seven WRs, so I wanted to focus on WRs early in the draft. I figured I’d try to pick up some discounted fright RB1s, or several PPR RB2s, before swooping down on that fringe QB1/2 tier. I half-expected to start with three or four WRs, but Gronk falling to me at 20 was quite the pleasant shock.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

As I wrote recently for a creative non-fiction piece I’ve been working on: “I love tie knots more than you; quite frankly, it shows.”

Rick Briggs — Asylum Fantasy Football

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

I am Rick Briggs: 1/2 of the Asylum. You can smack talk me at @asylumfootball, but my persona is one of a kind. During the day, I am mild mannered (though not a millionaire) Rick Briggs, but when I slide down my pole into the Draft-cave, I become Draftman.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

Chris Heil, of course. He is one of our great lineup of podcasts on the Asylum Sports Network, but if he beats me, we will be forced to kick him off.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Draft Geno Smith early!

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I actually am married and raising a family that is normal.

Jen Ryan — FantasyPros

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

@FFdeJENerate. I’m the queen bee of fantasy degeneracy. Like to play, love to win.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

Matt Rittle. If I can beat him, I can beat anyone.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

#ZeroRB til i die…I hope…

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

That’s NSFW.

Chris Heil — FantasySportsRants

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

Chris Heil @thegrizzlybeard aka the people’s champ! Let me say this before we get any further Z, can I call you Z? Oh well, when I win this thing I will have a Keg of Natural Light and everyone in the league is invited.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I truly think I’m in the toughest decision. However, Matt Rittle or Jen Ryan are who I look squash each week.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Whoa! Rules?? I thought this was IDP league. I signed up for the wrong league.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I wouldn’t say it a shocking thing. In 2005 when everyone had flip phones. I was at the mall and came across a text messaging competition. I ended up getting first place and killing it.

No one was close to me, I’m ” tri state texting champion” Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio

Mike Krueger — FFToday

Sharona Sports — NFLFemale

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

We here at @SportsBySharona believe firmly in personnas. We support every personna’s right to full fantasy citizenship and to pseudo marry any fantasy football player including but not limited to team owners or writers.

We here at @SportsBySharona also firmly believe you should draft anyone you want. Employ any draft strategy you want! Want to pick by team colors? Who are we to judge?

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I’m coming for you Jersey Jen!

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

We here at @SportsBySharona condone the strategery of playing your best players who are not on a bye.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

Def my awesome ability to toss back tequila shots [Zach note: Something I’ve witnessed.]

“T” Whudey — Project Roto

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

My Twitter handle is @Whudey. If I had describe my fantasy football persona it would be renegade. I often zig while others zag regardless of formats and I’m a huge player of the Wavier wire weekly whether it’s acquiring FA to help or block my opponents from acquiring FAs.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I got a lot of good friends in my division who I would love giving them Losses in RealistSpeaking aka G Unit, Chad Scott and Matt Rittle. Chris Heil and I have meetups at least once a year and play in at least one league together for about 2 years now because he lives close to Cincinnati. So we rub it in each others face a little who won or loss the year prior.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

I’ve just started diving into my fantasy football research for the year because I also do a lot of fantasy baseball so I will just be drafting on instincts.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

Such a difficult question I don’t think I have anything that would shock my leaguemates per se. Over the last year I’ve become a competitive Magic The Gathering player I guess would shock a few. [Zach note: I know you could kick their asses if you lose.]

David Gonos — SoCalledFantasyExperts

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

Hi, I’m David Gonos. You might know me from such websites as DavidGonos.com, SoCalledFantasyExperts.com, FanDuel.com and @DavidGonos. After starting my own site in 2000, I joined the CBSSports.com team in 2003, where I served as a Senior Fantasy Writer for five years, before moving on to SportsIllustrated.com. I have also been published on NFL.com, MLB.com, FOXSports.com and USAToday.com.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

Let’s say — FFToday.com’s Mike Krueger, just because he’s a similar “old school” Fantasy guy like myself. Great respect for that guy, and I can’t wait to shove him in front of a Fantasy freight train!

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Haha, wellllllll, my plan was to draft one main QB, one mid-range QB and a couple more crappy QBs that I could toss in for ramped up pointage. As of last week — I didn’t have a starting QB to put in my lineup! From RGIII getting benched, to Johnny Manziel not being Johnny Football, to Geno Smith mouthing off until someone ripped his mouth off, to Tom Brady’s deflated balls, I was screwed.

BUT — Brady’s back, baby! (Much to the chagrin of myself and other people sick of the Patriots.)

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I don’t lose in beer guzzling contests, cornhole, trivia or bragging contests about useless stuff!

Chad Scott — The Fake Football

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

I’m guy who pretends to not take fantasy football seriously – drinking copious amounts of IPA will do that. In reality, I’m as competitive as they come. I HATE losing and last year’s entire fantasy season was a bust for me. Find me on Twitter @Chad_Scott13 for the imminent drunken, self-deprecating taeks on me and my squads. Also, #GoHawks

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

So many to choose from, but T and Frittle would be the two I most want to take down… but in all honesty? All 11 teams are on my no-friend lists until the dust has settled. #ShotsFired

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Last year I took Peyton Manning (sheepishly) in the first round and still managed to make it deep into the SFB tournament (Thanks, Le’Veon Bell at 3.05). This year, my plan was to get two potential top-10 QBs by the 6th round, then continue to hammer RB and WRs – I felt people would start reaching for the Carson Palmers and Andy Daltons of the world in the 7-10 rounds – and I’m not about that life. So many good values at WR-RB there (see ARob, JStew and John Brown at 7.11, 8.02 and 9.11, respectively (potentially). Of course, the unique-ness of this set-up doesn’t allow owners to stick with most plans, but this one panned out fairly well, me hopes…

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I can place an indwelling catheter in anything, for the right price…

Gregory Sudat — Fan

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

My twitter handle is @Realistspeaking and The best way to describe myself is sarcastic button pusher. I like to try and play poker mind games with someone if I can when I play against them.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

I want to take down Ffrittle. He does a lot of MFL 10s and it would be nice to beat him at his own game.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

I wanted a stud QB to start off and did just that with Luck. Then it was best player available.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I am really good at movie trivia

Jimmy Burger — Fan

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

My twitter handle is @Jimmy_Burger21. I started getting involved with fantasy football about 6 years ago, while I was in high school, when I first took interest in the fantasy sports universe. Fantasy baseball will always be my strong point, but I got more engaged with football when I started editing for TopTeamFantasy (May it rest in peace).

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

Everyone and anyone that decides to get in my way.. But seriously, I don’t know most of the guys/gals in my division except for Rittle. I know what he’s capable of doing, so if I could take him down then I would be satisfied.

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

Like my fellow division mate, “T” Whudey, I’ve been focused on baseball so I haven’t consumed the research that others may have. But, it has never been in my nature to draft a QB early, even in a 2 QB league.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

I’m a pretty damn good pickle ball player. When I was a senior in high school, I won the championship that consisted of all the Team Sport classes in the school.

Ryan Thompson — Fan

Can you give me a two-sentence introduction to your fantasy football “personna”? Feel free to include your Twitter handle.

I’m a long time fantasy footballer that played my first redraft before online league management tools like Myfantasyleague, meaning hand scoring out of the USA Today was involved, Yikes! My twitter handle is @Ryanxls, but I’m more of a twitter consumer than contributor…lurking in the shadows collecting intelligence to unleash on my opponents.

Who in your division do you want to take down the most?

It would be great to take down the mighty Mr. MFL10 himself, Matt Rittle. His tweets are always interesting and often random, but never boring (although an alarming number of tie knot photographs are seen…but balanced with all the retweets of hot babes he twitter-flirts with).

What kind of “strategery” do you plan to employ during this unusual QB flex draft?

I doubt there will be any major gaffes in this high powered draft, so my “strategery” will be flexible and fluid as the draft plays ou….and will likely involve some “zags” when other “zig” and vice versa. QBs will go early, but scoring balanced enough to keep things interesting.

What is one non-fantasy football talent that would shock and awe the rest of the league?

Not much, just levitation, superhuman strength, mind control and telekinesis. I can also make a mean layered dip for parties.
